Shipping

Over 95% of our orders are shipped the same day your order is received!!!  

Shipping:  We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, Canada, and many International countries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Priority Mail Service: Your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. The normal transit time is 2 to 3 days throughout the United States.

USPS Priority Express Mail:  The normal transit time is 1 day. Some locations require 2 days depending on their location within the U.S. Orders received by 12:00 noon improve the chance of 1 day service vs 2 day service.  If you have not received your order 2 days after receiving your "Your order has been Shipped" notification, please contact us immediately.

FedEx:  Delivery days and times vary by service type:

  • FedEx Express Priority Overnight and 2nd day: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (we do not offer Saturday shipping or delivery)

  • FedEx Ground: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • FedEx Home Delivery: Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

International orders often involve longer transit times - depending on their location.  PLEASE NOTE that the shipping option ECONOMY SHIPPING is not available on International Orders.

We ship Monday thru Saturday, (but FedEx does not ship on Saturday) we need Sunday to spend time with our pets (and family too). We don't ship on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

All items are shipped by a traceable method. This means that if you do not receive your order, we can find out from the shipper where and when it was delivered. If you do not receive an item that FedEx or the Post Office claims was delivered:

1 - Check with your neighbors. We have many cases where a neighbor has taken a package and forgotten to notify someone.

 2 - If your package was left on your step and stolen, please file a police report. Send a copy of the report to your homeowners insurance company and the shipper. Your homeowners insurance may cover the cost of stolen items. If the shipper has a dishonest driver, this will alert them.

 3 - If a complete investigation shows that we did not ship the package, we shipped it to the wrong address, or that we were at fault then we will re-ship it at our expense.

 Note that if you signed a note for FedEx or the Post Office saying they can leave packages at your door, then you also agreed not to hold them responsible if something is missing.

Please note that if you give us an incorrect address and your item is returned to us we will have to charge you again for shipping.  And your delivery will be delayed.  Please be careful that your address is complete and correct.

SORRY, NO CATALOG  We don't have a printed catalog.  We add products so often that printed catalog couldn't keep up.  And it is very expensive to print.  We like to think we are saving a few trees by not creating one.  So if you have a friend or neighbor that doesn't have access to the Internet from home or work why not bring them over to your house or have them visit the local library.  We don't want anyone to miss our great stuff.
