**Return Policy

Returns Policy
If you need to return any product for a different size/color, please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s) at your convenience.  We do not save/store Credit Card information so we are unable to place the order for you.  You may return most new, unopened items. 
You will have 15 days to initiate a return of the item. Once you have initiated the return process, you will have 7 days to postmark your return.  Returns received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund and will be donated to a rescue or shelter.  There is a 20% cleaning/sanitation and/or restocking charge for ALL returns, if you wish to exchange or receive a store credit the restocking fee will be waived. This fee covers some of our costs associated with making the product ready to be used on another dog.  There is a 50% restocking fee on all returned wheelchairs unless a manufacture defect.  Chair must be in unused and in original packaging to receive a refund.

If you received Free Shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, TRY GARMENTS ON YOUR PET OVER A TEE SHIRT OR TOWEL.  This method will prevent the product from being exposed to hair/odor/stains.  If you need to return, make certain the product is re-packaged in the original packaging.

Please make certain: 

  • There is no hair, fur, dirt, soil, slobber or odor on the product…NONE. 
  • The product is in its original packaging 

Partial Refund – Like New:  If the product shows signs of use (hair/stains/odors)  it will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.  We must sell this item as” Refurbished” at a discounted price to our customers. If we cannot refurbished the item we will donate it to our local shelter and you won't get your refund.  


Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. 

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you must meet the following requirements:

1)The item must be in brand new, unused condition and returned to us with its original packing to get a refund.  Absolutely no hair, dirt, slobbers or smoke smell.  Also, include a copy of your packing slip.  We do not pay or refund shipping costs for any reason.

2)You will receive the full amount you originally paid (less 20% cleaning/sanitation/restocking fee) but we do not pay or refund shipping costs.  If your dog doesn't like something, please consider doing a good deed and donate it to your local rescue, they will love you for it.

***Exceptions: All Ramps are non-returnable. Please measure carefully.  Diapers, and Belly Bands are not returnable due to hygiene issues.  WHEELCHAIRs 50% restocking fee unless a manufacture defect.  

You should expect to receive your refund within Two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our Cleaning, Sanitation/Restocking Fee:  This charge covers some of our costs associated with making the product ready to be used on another dog. Like any business, we either have to cover our costs with a restocking charge or by increasing the price of the product -- which wouldn't be fair. Sometimes we're asked why we charge a restocking charge when the product is returned in "new" condition. If the box has been opened we have a responsibility to send it through our complete inspection and repackaging process so that we know it will be safe, spotless, and hygienic for the next dog that uses it. Obviously, if you received your products with someone else's dog hair on it, you would not be pleased. If there is any cleaning needed we deduct these costs from your refund.
